Our Services

I provide custom coaching and consulting services to individuals/couples seeking clarity on life’s big transitions including relationships, career, or balancing domestic labor with a partner through using The Fair Play Method.   
I've been there and I can help.

  • One 50 minute zoom meeting or phone call to use as you wish. This is most frequently used to discuss topics that you feel can be resolved quickly.

  • Explore-Create Framework-Take Action-Follow-up

    Session #1: Explore the primary reason you would like to work together.

    Session #2: Discuss framework, work on removing blockers and leave with action items

    Session #3: Review how you have progressed, dive deeper into our work to get you closer to your goal

    Session #4: Have we reached your goal? Do we have more work to do?

  • Do you have something that you feel may take longer than 4 meetings? We can create a customized package according to your needs.

About the Founder:

Megan Geraghty is a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Professional based in Los Angeles with over 15 years of experience in Corporate America. Some of the industries Megan has worked in include Big Tech, Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Northridge, Fair Play Certified Facilitator, and holds a Life and Leadership Coaching designation from IPEC Coaching.   

Megan is a wife, mother and military spouse (U.S. Air Force). These different roles have informed her desire to start Empower Consulting Services to help women/couples balancing multiple roles in business, marriage/partnership, parenting and running a household.
